Il finocchio in questa versione è stato cotto con semi di finocchietto e aromi, frullato e ridotto in salsa mentre l'arancia è stata leggermente caramellata. Ho voluto dare croccantezza aggiungendo alcune Nocciole Piemonte IGP tostate in forno.</span></span><br />

<span class="hasCaption">Un piatto dedicato alla nonna, a cui piace il semplice gelato al fiordilatte con una conserva di mirtilli di montagna fatti da lei. I mirtilli vengono solitamente raccolti dal nonno nella mattinata e selezionati con molta pazienza eliminando le loro foglie. Non hanno niente di paragonabile a quelli comprati al supermercato.</span><br />
